The Four Lakes Golf Club Homeowners Association is a voluntary group formed to benefit the entire community. To ensure the success of our continued efforts we need your help. Your membership helps pave the way for the many services the HOA provides.

Membership forms are on the bulletin board next to the HOA office, which is located across from the restaurant in the Clubhouse. You may also download the membership form from this website.
The HOA membership year runs from January 1st to December 31st.
Dues must be paid by December 31 prior to the upcoming year.
Dues are $25 per year.
Include membership form with check or cash.
Checks should be made out to "Four Lakes HOA," and along with the application, dropped into the mail slot in the door of the HOA office in the Clubhouse. Or, they can be mailed to HOA, 990 LaQuinta Blvd., Winter Haven, FL 33881.

Works as a liaison and advocate between residents and management
Works to protect the rights of residents under the prospectus and Chapter 723 of the Florida Statutes
Publish a monthly newsletter with information from all organizations and activities
Notifies residents of topics of interest to the community
Sponsors the Angel Closet which lends equipment for visiting children as well as ambulatory equipment
Sponsors the Welcome Committee which provides information about the community to new residents
Provides a liaison to the Federation of Manufactured Home Owners (FMO)
Provides an HOA website to keep residents informed
