Clubhouse Amenities

The Four Lakes Golf Club Clubhouse, managed by the Four Lakes Golf Club Activities Director, Annie Fleischman.

You may contact Annie for questions and scheduling pertaining to the Clubhouse.

Except for the restaurant, guests must be accompanied by a resident at all times.

Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the Clubhouse, including e-cigarettes.

Great Room

The most happening room is the Great Room where we have parties, shows, dances and other events. This 8,823 square foot area is one of the community's most popular and in-demand room.

Great Room Guidelines:

Food & beverages are permitted
No beverages on the dance floor
Clean your table and surrounding are upon leaving.
Make sure there are 8 chairs, pushed in, around the tables.
If extra chairs are used, please return them to the chair rack.

Great Room Kitchen

The Great Room kitchen is only available to designated organization volunteers.

Movie Theater

Movies start at 7pm on Sundays and Thursdays and are open to residents and their guests. Once the movie starts, the door will be closed. Be sure to clean around your seat before leaving. Price: $1

Library/Computer Room

The Library is for all residents to take out books and return them to the bin located right inside the room.

Billiards/Poker Room

The Billiards Room includes 2 billiards tables (supplies available in the room), 2 poker tables (must bring own cards) and 2 metal-tip dart boards (must bring own darts).

League and team play take place at various times throughout the day and evening. During off times, amenities in the room are open to residents and their accompanying guests.

Pool tables must be covered when not in use.

Doors to room must be closed at all times as to maintain low humidity thereby preserving felt tables.

Food not permitted.

Craft Room

The Craft Room is used for ceramics, quilting etc. Please clean after each session.

There are shelves containing puzzles and games for the taking. Please return when finished.

Craft supply donations are welcome.

Exercise Room

The Exercise Room includes a variety of exercise equipment as well as 2 saunas. Please wipe down all equipment after use.

Card Room

The Card Room is used for Euchre, Canasta, Bridge, Dominoes & Mahjong, etc. Please no food. You can bring a beverage in as long as it has a covered lid.
